2025 Montana 911 Training Forum

September 15th-17th | Hilton Garden Inn | Missoula, MT

Join us September 15th to 17th at our annual Montana 911 Training Forum at the beautiful Hilton Garden Inn in Missoula, MT. 

We are beyond thrilled to announce that, for the first time ever, we will be hosting a joint conference with the Idaho NENA and APCO Chapters!

This training will be eligible for POST credits in both Montana and Idaho.

This year’s conference will highlight the importance of resilience and leading with courage over fear. As with previous years, we will discuss the importance of overall physical and mental wellness, the current and future issues PSAPs are facing, technology updates, and host our annual MT APCO & MT NENA Awards and Chapter meetings.

The 911 Training Forum will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in beautiful Missoula, Montana.

This year’s conference will be hosted by the Montana NENA Chapter and jointly-supported by Montana APCO and the Idaho NENA and APCO Chapters.

Jerrod Hardy

Keynote Speaker

Jerrod recently retired after 21 years as a police officer, has served in the United States Air Force and felt a desire to do more with his life.

As a family man, married for over 20 years to Andrea, raising three children, caused him to realize the speed at which life was passing by was much to quick.

Jerrod is a highly respected and in demand public speaker on this topic, provides leadership training for government and private businesses around the world and owns several small businesses.

His first book “Extraordinary People in Ordinary Places” was released in December 2019 to rave reviews.
